Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At New Indigo, we strive to provide high-quality natural beauty, wellness, and organic gardening products. Because our items include natural powders (Henna, Indigo, Amla) and organic solutions, we maintain a strict policy to ensure hygiene and safety.

1. Return and Exchange Period

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales.

3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product, a leaking package, or the wrong item entirely, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

  • Requirement: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof: Kindly share an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged product and the invoice via WhatsApp or Email.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery, shipping charges may be deducted from your final refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will send you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
